Meet Your Guide
As a Mindset Coach, Yoga Therapist, Author, & Cancer Thriver, Bethany Adair’s mission is to find freedom with everything life brings. She loves exploring the relationship between the mind & body ~ how our mental BS (belief systems) affect our emotions, physical sensations, and overall health & wellbeing. These tools provided her with a compassionate inner support system to meet Stage IV Breast Cancer (and many other life challenges) with an open mind, heart, and playful sense of humor.
Self Inquiry and Care
How do you care for yourself while caring for others? What if peace is possible, even in the toughest of circumstances? This course is a deep dive into unraveling the BS (belief systems) that block you from experiencing love, support, kindness, and compassion with yourself and those surrounding you. Embracing a powerful mindset practice called The Work of Byron Katie® - also known as “Yoga for the Mind” - you will gain simple, effective tools to navigate the mental/emotional challenges of companion care.
