A Christ Centered Movement Experience from Temple Road Journey

Forgiveness can be hard work. It begins with a willingness to face grievances large and small, where they live, in our own body.  

Join me for a 3-hour workshop to deeply connect with chakras 1 & 4, the root and heart chakras. With open-hearted curiosity, we will approach the path of forgiveness first toward ourselves, then others and finally humankind using movement, meditation and contemplative practices.

Practicing Reiki with others is sacred to me. I bring faith, heart and 20 years experience as a Reiki Practitioner to each and every session. You do not need to be religious or hold a certain set of beliefs to benefit from Reiki, you only need a desire for healing.
